Work spreadsheets faster

The biggest time-savers in Excel are navigation and selection: jump to the edge of your data with Command/Ctrl + arrow keys, and extend a selection by adding Shift. F2 to edit a cell and Ctrl + ; to stamp today's date are close behind.
