Trello's shortcuts work on whichever card your cursor is over: Space assigns you, d sets a due date, l opens labels, and m moves the card to another list. Use n to add a card and the arrow keys to jump between them.

How do I assign myself to a Trello card?
Hover over the card and press the Space bar to add or remove yourself as a member.
How do I move a card to another list with the keyboard?
Hover over the card and press m to open the move menu, then choose the destination list.
