The two shortcuts that change how Notion feels are ⌘/Ctrl + P for quick search/jump and / to insert any block. Add the formatting keys (⌘/Ctrl + B/I/U) and block-move (⌘/Ctrl + Shift + ↑/↓) and you can build pages without touching the mouse.
